Join Fran Siebrits of Tuning In - BodyMind Practices for Health for a morning of heavenly raw chocolate making. You will learn how simple, healthy and creative it is to make your own artisinal chocolate which is free of sugar, dairy and gluten!

After an educational talk and a demonstration you will have the opportunity create your own flavour combination. All base raw chocolate ingredients for the workshop will be provided.

Please bring one ingredient you would like to contribute to the flavour options (some examples are roasted nuts, roasted sesame seeds, raisins, goji berries, cranberries, buckwheat, raw cacao nibs, organic essential oils such as orange, mint, rose geranium, etc).

You are invited to a complimentary tea/coffee after the workshop while we wait for our delicacies to set. If you have enough discipline not to indulge too much when they are finished, you will have a few treats to take home with you.
