Private rates hourly (one-on-one):

R600 pp (1,25 hour initial analysis)
R500 pp (one class a week; monthly package commitment)
R400 pp (two classes a week; monthly package commitment)

Semi-private rates (2-3 people sharing):

R400 pp (1,25 hour initial analysis)
R300 pp (one class a week; monthly package)
R250 pp per hour (two classes a week; monthly package)

 

Pilates is a way of bringing precision, stability and correct movement patterns into the body. Our daily life begins to take shape from our practice, creating a sense of ease from a stronger bodymind awareness. Fran has trained in different body and mind techniques to better understand our human ways. Staying true to pilates principles and techniques in classes, she brings a deeper understanding of the body through her own experience and knowledge. 

From the originator, Joseph Pilates, the 9 principles are:

  • Centre (movement from a stable core)

Fran trained with the BASI (Body Arts and Science International) to qualify for the initial Pilates Mat Certificate. Shortly after she qualified in the Advanced Pilates Equipment Training with Renee Watson of Conscious Movement Education (CME). She continues to mentor and be mentored, forever the learner, adapting and growing both as a practitioner and as an instructor.
